Our signature Career Exploration Programme

Experts from the industry lead students through

hands-on activities that simulate real work experiences to spark a potential passion.

The design of each industry experience in Pathways is backed by weeks of interviews, job shadowing, and research in order to distill the essence of each industry. Through this meticulous process, we extract key age-appropriate insights and design practical takeaways for each sector, so that students gain real-world know-how that cannot be found online.

to make intentional career choices in future.

We bring our career exploration programme to schools and

also the option to bring it directly to your child! This gives them

the benefit to a more personalised learning experience, exclusive company visits and opportunity to connect 1-on-1 with

industry professionals.

PROGRAMME FORMAT

Each Pathway run comprises two half-day sessions covering two companies from different industries, held on separate dates. Suitable for students ranging from 13 - 18 years old.

THROUGH THIS PROGRAMME...

Your child not only will they acquire industry knowledge, but also cultivate a deeper understanding of their purpose and passions.​

Industry knowledge such as:

  • In-depth exploration of each industry and the various roles, job scopes and responsibilities. 
     

  • Recognise soft skills required to succeed in the career. 
     

  • Understand the correlation between academics and choice of career.
     

  • Compare and contrast between at least two industries based on level of purpose, prospects, prestige, and interest.
     

  • Ability to describe in detail at least three job roles within each industry they learn about.

In the long run, they would also...

  • Cultivate a heightened self-awareness of their purpose and passion.
     

  • Demonstrate ability to have matured and thoughtful conversation about careers and future plans.
     

  • Have developed a portfolio and skills building roadmap to qualify for an internship within the next one year.

    We can match our programme to your ECG calendar and plans. Reach out to us at least one month in advance of your planned programme date so that we can secure the time of the professionals we will bring to your school. Giving early notice allows us to better tailor our programme to meet your needs.
